Refund policy

At Amora, we care about your satisfaction. Since many of our products are custom-printed or made on order, we follow the policy below regarding returns, exchanges, and refunds.

1. Eligibility for Return or Refund

You may request a return, exchange, or refund only if:

You received the wrong product

The product is defective or damaged

The print or size received is different from what you ordered


We do not accept returns for:

Change of mind

Wrong size ordered by the customer

Color differences due to screen brightness

Custom-made or personalized orders (unless defective)

2. Timeframe to Report an Issue

You must contact us within 24–48 hours of receiving your order.

Please provide:

Order number

Photos or videos clearly showing the issue

Your contact details


Requests made after 48 hours may not be accepted.

3. Condition of Returned Items

To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition as received.

The tag/packaging should be intact (if applicable).

4. Refund Process

Once we receive your complaint and verify the issue:

We may offer a replacement, exchange, or refund

Refunds are processed through the original payment method or store credit

It may take 3–7 business days for the refund to reflect depending on your bank/payment provider

5. Return Shipping Costs

If the product is defective or incorrect, Amora will cover the return shipping cost.

If the return is due to customer reasons, the customer will be responsible for shipping charges.

6. Order Cancellation

Orders can be canceled only before printing/processing starts

Once production has begun, cancellation is not allowed

7. Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refund/return:

Customized prints

Orders where incorrect information was provided by the customer

Items damaged after delivery due to customer handling
